Reporting a problem
EDICLOCK has no function that sends your device or usage information to us, so we only know what you choose to tell us. Where you can, please include:
- Device name (for example iPhone 15 Pro Max, Galaxy S23)
- OS version (for example iOS 27.0, Android 14)
- App version — open ABOUT in the app; the version and build are shown there
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- The steps that lead to it, if you can reproduce it
- A screenshot, if it makes the problem easier to see
There is no function that sends a report to us automatically. Please attach what we need in order to investigate — and only that.
A short guide to the controls
Tap the screen once to show the controls; they leave again after a few quiet seconds.
- MODE — ALL plays every film in the app. TIME OF DAY plays the films chosen for the current hour where you are (midnight, dawn, morning, daylight, dusk, night), using your device's own time zone.
- DISPLAY sets how a film fits the screen, separately for portrait and landscape. AUTO follows the recommendation stored with each film. FILL fills the screen: whatever does not fit is cropped, so how much of the frame you lose depends on the shapes — a wide film on a narrow phone held upright loses a lot of it. FIT shows the whole frame with plain margins. CINEMA shows the whole frame over a softened, dimmed enlargement of the same film.
- SOUND turns on a pulse generated inside the app. It is off until you turn it on, the first activation needs a tap because of the operating system's audio rules, and it stops when the app is in the background.
- MOTION / STILL — STILL holds a single frame and keeps the pulse quiet, for when you want the clock without movement.
- KEEP AWAKE keeps the screen on while you are watching, and lets go as soon as the app is no longer in front.
- ABOUT shows the version, this page, the privacy policy and the licences of the bundled components.
Good to know
- The clock and all of its films are inside the app. It works with no connection at all.
- These web pages do need a connection. If you cannot open them, the app keeps running normally.
- The clock follows your device's time and time zone, so it stays right when you travel.
- The films are moving-image works produced by EDIFORCE Inc. with generative AI.

不具合のご連絡
EDICLOCK には、端末やご利用状況を当社へ送信する機能がありません。そのため、お知らせいただいた内容だけが手がかりになります。可能な範囲で以下を添えてください。
- 端末名（例: iPhone 15 Pro Max、Galaxy S23）
- OS バージョン（例: iOS 27.0、Android 14）
- アプリのバージョン — アプリ内の ABOUT に版とビルドが表示されます

不具合レポートを自動で当社へ送信する機能はありません。調査のため、必要な情報を任意でメールに添えてください。
操作の早見表
画面を一度タップすると操作パネルが出ます。数秒触らなければ自動で消えます。
- MODE — ALL は収録されている全ての映像を流します。TIME OF DAY は、お使いの端末のタイムゾーンで見た「今の時間帯」（深夜・明け方・朝・昼・夕方・夜）に合わせて選んだ映像を流します。
- DISPLAY は映像を画面にどう収めるかで、縦画面と横画面で別々に選べます。AUTO は素材ごとの推奨、FILL は画面いっぱいに表示し、映像と画面の比率の差の分だけ映像の一部が切り取られます（縦画面のスマホでは大きく切れることもあります）。FIT は余白を出して全体表示、CINEMA は全体表示の背景に同じ映像をぼかして敷きます。
- SOUND はアプリ内で生成する拍の音です。既定はオフで、最初にオンにする時は OS の仕様でタップが必要です。バックグラウンドでは止まります。
- MOTION / STILL — STILL は静止画のまま拍の音も止めます。動きのない時計として使う時に。
- KEEP AWAKE は鑑賞中に画面を消灯させません。アプリが前面でなくなればすぐ解除します。
- ABOUT にバージョン、このページ、プライバシーポリシー、同梱コンポーネントのライセンスがあります。
知っておくと便利なこと
- 時計と映像はすべてアプリの中にあります。通信が無くても動きます。
- この Web ページは通信が必要です。開けない場合でもアプリの動作には影響しません。
- 時計は端末の時刻とタイムゾーンに従うので、旅行先でもそのまま正しい時刻になります。
- 映像は、エディフォース株式会社が生成AIを活用して制作した映像作品です。
プライバシー
アプリが端末に保存するもの、送信しないもの、メールをいただいた場合の取り扱いは EDICLOCK プライバシーポリシー に記載しています。
